I was always unable to save money.
I thought I had to learn how to be better in controlling money
When in reality, I just needed to be better in understanding myself.
Because I didn’t lose control of money, I did lose control of myself.
I never noticed that before.
New here?
If you’re new, don’t try to figure everything out at once.
👉 Start here and follow the 4-step system
The Problem
Ignoring the problem to avoid the work to fix it.
In other words, not taking responsibility but blaming something else.
That was me, just giving control away.
Not just of my money.
- But of my body.
- My habits.
- My decisions.
Just living in autopilot.
Never questioning.
Never testing.
Never paying attention to how I actually feel.
Fishing Awareness
Building awareness is like fishing.
First, you put the hook in the water.
Then… you wait.
Most people think waiting is passive.
It’s not.
Waiting requires focus.
If you lose focus, you miss everything.
But we don’t know how to wait anymore.
We grab our phone.
We scroll.
We distract ourselves.
So instead of observing…
We escape.
What You Catch
When you start paying attention, you begin to notice things:
- Thoughts running in your mind
- Tension in your body
- The urge to rush
- The need to check your phone
- Stress, comparison, envy
These are the “predator fish.”
If you don’t notice them… They control you.
When I caught these emotions I ask myself “Where did you come from and why?”
It make me feel I am frying the fish.
Start Simple
You don’t need a complicated plan.
You don’t need perfection.
You need awareness.
Here are simple ways to start:
- Get sunlight early
- Breathe deeply for a few minutes
- Move your body (even 10 minutes)
- Walk outside
- Keep your space clean
- Make your bed
Simple.
But powerful.
❗ Make sure you don’t allow any distractions.
Pay Attention To Your Body For Better Care.
Health is the real wealth.
I understand this, but never obsessed about it.
I keep it simple:
❗ I Substitute Sodas for Natural Sparkling water like Spindrift
One can of soda a week it’s okay.
❗ I Allow only 1 carbohydrate or high sugar food (not drinks) per day.
Example: Ice Cream Bar (Maybe 2) after 1pm.
I Eat simple food.
- Eggs.
- Beef.
- Avocado.
Notice how you feel after you eat.
That matters more than any label.
I don’t need to be perfect.
I just need awareness.
The problem is not one ice cream bar per day.
The problem is lack of control.
The Same Pattern Shows Up in Money
We all get into:
- Spend without thinking
- Follow trends
- Avoid looking at their numbers
Then they feel out of control.
The other extreme is:
- Never enjoy money
- Just investing
- Just hoarding money.
Health and money are the same game.
If you don’t pay attention…
You lose control.
The Real Shift
Most people follow rules.
But they don’t observe themselves.
They think:
- “This is good.”
- “This is bad.”
But they never ask:
“How does this affect me?”
You don’t need extreme changes.
You need small actions done consistently:
- Move your body
- Eat with awareness
- Reduce distractions
- Keep you place well organized and clean
- Stay present
This builds control.
Final Thought
Just like you shouldn’t let anyone control your money…
Don’t ignore what your body and mind are trying to tell you.
Pay attention.
Take responsibility.
Stay aware.
That’s where real change starts.
🔗 Next Step
Now you understand something powerful:
Control doesn’t come from rules.
It comes from awareness.
But awareness alone is not enough.
You need to apply it to your money.
